I feel like Blizzard should revert the change they made way back when to remove the ability for CtC to work on Whirlwind. It seems kind of silly to have two different CtC's on Chaos and have neither of them work...

Managers seem to hype this company up but is it the best management company? They told me its a close second to hilton management. Also I found out there managers are overtime eligible managers how can that happen and does it mean a night auditor like me will never get overtime?

I've put an entire ore doubling setup powered by Create in a compact machine, most of it works fine, but it seems that the belts don't want to work. Is there a fix for this that does not involve me having to entirely rebuild my doubling setup?

2021.12.08 17:56 axegirll Is there a work around or something to filter rollup data?

I have two different tables. One that tracks all my transactions and another that tracks my income and expenses. These two tables link to each other.
I want to be able to filter the Income/Expenses table by the dates on the transactions table so that I can see all of my income and expenses for a range of dates.
For more detail on the tables,
In the Transaction table, there is the name of the transaction, the date, the amount, and a relation to the Income/Expenses table.

Name Date Amount Type ⤴ (Relation to Income/Expense Table
Paycheck 11/30/2021 $600 Income ⤴
Groceries 12/10/2021 $50 Expense ⤴
iPad 11/14/2021 $400 Expense ⤴
In the Income/Expenses table there are two entries. There is the two names (Income and Expense), the relation to the Transaction table, a rollup of all the amounts from the transaction table that relate with either Income or Expense, and a rollup of all the dates that that relate with either Income or Expense.

Type Amount (Rollup from Transactions Table) Dates (Rollup from Transactions Table) Transactions (Relation to Transactions table)
Income 600 (plus any other income) 11/30/2021, (other dates) List of transaction names that are related to the Income page
Expense 450 (400+50 plus any other expenses) 12/10/2021, 11/14/2021, (other dates) List of transaction names that are related to the Expense page
Yes, I'm probably over-explaining.
What I am looking for is, on a summary page, I want to show a linked database (the Income/Expenses database), but only pull the entries that are in the month of December. So it would in theory look like this:
Type Amount (Rollup from Transactions Table) Dates (Rollup from Transactions Table) Transactions (Relation to Transactions table)
Income 0
Expense 50 12/10/2021 Groceries ⤴

Now I tried going on the linked Income/Expenses database and setting two filters that constrain the dates column. The issue is that the rollup groups all the transactions related to either Income or Expense together as one. So if I filter the 'Dates' rollup by a date range, it won't filter out the transactions, it will simply filter out the entire Income or Expense entry if every single transaction is not with in the date range. (and filtering by 'any' will just show every transaction because at least one of them are in the date range)
I tried what I could think of and I did some research but obviously didn't find anything.
I would like to do this with relations and rollups as opposed to just regular selections so that I can see them more clearly and get quick summaries of them. I also have a similar thing set up with a Categories table so that I can easily see how much I spent or earned divided up by the category. If I did this by selection it would look a lot messier so I am trying to avoid that.
Also I would have to make individual views for each category and income or expense, then create filters for the dates for them and change them each month! That is not very streamlined and would be a ton of work. This way I only have to update three which doesn't take very long.

Sooooooo... if anyone has any sort of work around or solution or even a suggestion on how they did something similar with expense/income/transaction tracking, I would be very grateful to hear about it!

TLDR: I have two different tables. One that tracks all my transactions and another that tracks my income and expenses. These two tables relate to each other.
I want to be able to filter the Income/Expenses table by the dates on the transactions table so that I can see all of my income and expenses for a range of dates (ex. Nov of 2021).
How can I filter a rollup of dates to only show me the entries from the other table that have dates from Nov 2021. Or are there any workarounds available. Read above for more details or to see what I have already tried.

2021.12.08 17:56 Harlock88 Uncanny Dodge vs. Stealth

I may have been running this ability incorrectly my entire GMing career. A quick rundown of where my head is currently: being denied your Dex is not quite the same as being flat-footed (albeit incredibly close).
Uncanny Dodge:

Starting at 4th level, a rogue can react to danger before her senses would normally allow her to do so. She cannot be caught flat-footed, nor does she lose her Dex bonus to AC if the attacker is invisible. She still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. A rogue with this ability can still lose her Dexterity bonus to AC if an opponent successfully uses the feint action against her.
Stealth was updated to include "denied Dex" with the Unchained skill unlock text:
15 Ranks: If you attack after successfully using Stealth, your target is denied its Dexterity bonus against all attacks that you make before the end of your turn
Essentially, I've been running successful Stealth checks renders your opponents flat-footed. The burning question in a vacuum - can a 4th level Rogue Sneak Attack another 4th level Rogue with only using Stealth?

2021.12.08 17:56 Szeth_son_naruto My Biggest Regret with Outer Wilds (NO SPOILERS)

Not playing this game in VR. I downloaded the NomaiVR mod for Outer Wilds the other day, expecting a janky VR experience as is the case with most VR mods, and was blown away by the quality of this mod. The people who made NomaiVR did a fantastic job and created an incredible VR experience. You could have told me that Outer Wilds was originally made as a VR game and I would have believed you. The controls are easy to understand, flying the ship feels amazing, having your tools on your belt is so cool, and being able to actually see the scale of things gives a whole new perspective on the game (the sun is really big lol). If you have the capabilities, I highly highly highly recommend playing through this game in VR. I had to turn down the graphics by quite a bit to get it to run smoothly but it still looked really really good.
Huge shoutouts to the developers of the NomaiVR mod. Here's to hoping they release another DLC so I can play through that in VR.

I've been having success with a freeze shaman deck recently, and I find it quite good against lots of decks. Snowfall guardian, Wildpaw Cavern and the new hero card are my favourites in this deck. Has anyone else tried it out?

2021.12.08 17:56 niederbalint 'You haven't driven a car for ages.' vs 'You haven't been driving a car for ages.'

I am having a small argument with one of my friends about an exercise in an English book (without a key ofc...). The sentence goes as follows:
'I don't want you to drive my car. You ... (drive) in ages.'
As for me, I would say that the correct solution is 'haven't driven' but my friend argues that 'haven't been driving' could be a solution as well. To me, this sounds wrong for some reason but I can't exactly point out why.
Can you guys help and give a short explanation if this is correct and why/why not? Thank you!
